About these terms
Nahnu Fonts is a WordPress plugin from Nahnu Plugins, a brand of Nahnu Fitness LLC, a limited liability company based in the State of Washington, United States ("we", "us", "our").
These terms apply when you visit nahnufonts.com, create an account, buy a plan, download the plugin, use our customer dashboard or contact support. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business or a client, you confirm you have the authority to do so, and "you" includes them.
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy a plan.
Your account
When you buy a plan, we create an account for you in the customer dashboard. Please give us accurate details, keep your login safe and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
The plugin and the GPL
The Nahnu Fonts plugin is free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Nothing in these terms takes away any right the GPL gives you over the code.
What you pay for is everything around the code: access to downloads, a license key, updates, support and the customer dashboard, for the length of your plan.
The GPL covers code, not our name. The "Nahnu Fonts" and "Nahnu Plugins" names and logos are ours. If you share a changed copy of the plugin, please give it a different name and logo.
Plans, licenses and sites
Both plans include every feature and can be used on unlimited sites that you or your clients own or manage.
Yearly
Updates and support for one year from your purchase. Renews automatically every year until you cancel. If you stop renewing, the plugin and your fonts keep working, but updates and support stop until you renew.
Lifetime
One payment. Updates for as long as we develop and offer Nahnu Fonts, and 3 years of support. After that, contact us for a price to renew support.
Your license key is yours. Please don't publish it, sell it or share it outside your own sites and clients. We may deactivate a key that's been shared publicly or used in a way these terms don't allow, and we'll tell you if we do.
Payments, renewals and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and at checkout. Payments are handled by SureCart and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are added at checkout where the law requires it.
Yearly plans renew automatically. We charge the payment method on your account at the start of each new year, at the renewal price in effect at that time. You can cancel any time before your renewal date from the customer dashboard, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't end your current year early.
If we change our prices, the new price applies to purchases and renewals made after the change. We'll let Yearly customers know before a price change affects their renewal.
Refunds
Both plans come with a 14-day refund. If Nahnu Fonts isn't right for you, contact us through the support form within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated.
Customers in the EU, UK and similar countries. The plugin is digital content you can download straight away. By downloading it, you agree that supply starts immediately. Our 14-day refund still applies, and nothing here takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.
Updates
While your plan includes updates, you can get new versions in WordPress using your license key, or download them from the customer dashboard. To check for updates, the plugin sends your license key and site address to our servers.
We keep improving Nahnu Fonts, so we may add, change or remove features. We'll try to give notice before removing anything you're likely to rely on.
Support
While your plan includes support, you can reach us through the support form. We usually reply within 1 to 3 business days. That's our goal, not a guarantee.

Support doesn't cover
- Custom design, custom CSS or development work
- Problems caused by other plugins, themes, hosting or server setup
- Font licensing questions, which are between you and the font's owner
Fonts and other services
Nahnu Fonts helps you manage fonts. It doesn't give you a license to use them.
- Fonts you upload: only upload fonts you're licensed to use on the web. You're responsible for following each font's license.
- Google Fonts: these come through Bunny Fonts or Google and keep their own open licenses, usually the SIL Open Font License.
- Adobe Fonts: you need your own Adobe account and must follow Adobe's terms. Adobe serves these fonts from its own servers.
Bunny Fonts, Google, Adobe, SureCart, Stripe and the page builders and themes Nahnu Fonts works with are run by other companies, under their own terms. We're not responsible for their services, and they can change how they work at any time.
Acceptable use
Please don't use nahnufonts.com, your account or our support to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attack or overload our systems, try to get around license checks, or pretend to be us. Our Acceptable Use policy has the details.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies in our Cookie Policy.
On your own sites, Nahnu Fonts serves fonts from your server, so your visitors don't connect to Google. The plugin doesn't collect information about your visitors. The exception is Adobe Fonts: if you connect a project, your visitors' browsers load those fonts from Adobe.
Our brand and content
Apart from the plugin code, which is GPL, everything on nahnufonts.com belongs to Nahnu Fitness LLC or the people who licensed it to us. That includes our names, logos, design, screenshots, documentation and text. Please don't copy it or use it without our permission, except to quote or link to us fairly.
No warranty
We work hard to make Nahnu Fonts reliable, but we provide the plugin, the website and our services "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they'll be error-free, uninterrupted or right for every purpose. Always keep backups of your sites. Our Disclaimers page has more detail.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Nahnu Fitness LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim about Nahnu Fonts is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you're a consumer, they don't take away rights your local law gives you.
If you use Nahnu Fonts in a way that breaks these terms or someone else's rights, for example by uploading fonts you aren't licensed to use, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that causes us.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Nahnu Fonts and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix things.
Because the plugin is GPL, copies you've already installed keep working. What ends is access to updates, support and the customer dashboard. Sections that are meant to last, such as payments owed, limits on liability and law and disputes, still apply after these terms end.
Law and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly, and we'll try to resolve any complaint within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
If you're a consumer outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Nahnu Fonts grows or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also let customers know by email or in the customer dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nahnu Fonts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
General
- These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about Nahnu Fonts.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your account or plan to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer these terms if Nahnu Fonts or Nahnu Plugins changes ownership.
- We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control.
- These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if they differ.
