About this policy

Nahnu Fonts is a WordPress plugin from Nahnu Plugins, a brand of Nahnu Fitness LLC, based in Washington State, United States ("we", "us", "our").

This policy applies to nahnufonts.com, your account and the customer dashboard, license keys, our update and license servers, checkout and support. It's part of our Terms of Use, so by using any of these you agree to it.

If you use your plan for clients or a team, you're responsible for making sure they follow it too.

The GPL and your sites

The plugin code is licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later, and nothing in this policy limits the rights the GPL gives you over that code. This policy covers the services we provide around it: downloads, license keys, updates, support, the customer dashboard and our website.

You're responsible for the websites you build and run with Nahnu Fonts, including their content, the fonts they use and how they treat their visitors. We don't host, check or control your sites, and we're not responsible for them.

Fonts and font licenses

Nahnu Fonts helps you manage and serve fonts. It doesn't give you the right to use any font. That right comes from the font's license.

If a font owner tells us that a font is being misused with our services, we may pass the notice on to you, and we may stop support or updates for the license involved until it's sorted out.

License keys

Your plan covers unlimited sites that you or your clients own or manage. Your license key connects those sites to updates. Please don't:

• Publish your key, or share it in forums, groups, file sharing sites or code repositories
• Sell, rent or give away your key, or include it in a theme, plugin, template or product you distribute to others
• Run a service that offers updates or downloads of Nahnu Fonts to people who don't have their own plan
• Try to get around, fake or interfere with license checks, or activate keys that aren't yours
• Use automated tools to create activations or test keys

Copies of the plugin from anywhere other than nahnufonts.com or your customer dashboard don't come with updates or support, and may have been changed in unsafe ways.

Our website and servers

Please help us keep nahnufonts.com and our update servers fast and safe for everyone. Don't:

• Try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours
• Scan, probe or test our systems for weaknesses without our written permission, except as described in Reporting security issues
• Upload or send viruses, malware or harmful code
• Overload our servers, for example with excessive requests, automated downloads or denial-of-service attacks
• Scrape or copy our website, documentation or downloads with bots, except for normal search engine indexing
• Get around security measures, rate limits, spam filters or our cookie consent tool
• Create accounts with false details, or to avoid a suspension

Payments and fraud

Please don't use stolen or unauthorized payment details, test cards on our checkout, abuse refunds, or open a chargeback after using a refund or for a purchase you made and kept. If you have a problem with a payment, contact us first and we'll help.

We may cancel orders, block payment methods and deactivate licenses connected to fraud, and report fraud to payment providers or the authorities.

Our name and brand

The GPL covers our code, not our name. "Nahnu Fonts", "Nahnu Plugins" and our logos belong to Nahnu Fitness LLC. You're welcome to say your site or product works with Nahnu Fonts. Please don't:

• Pretend to be us, or suggest we made, sponsor or approve something we didn't
• Share or sell a changed copy of the plugin under our name or logo
• Use our name in a domain, business name, product name, app or ad
• Post fake reviews, false claims or misleading comparisons about Nahnu Fonts

Support

Our support team is made up of real people. Please treat them with respect. We may end a conversation, or stop providing support, if someone is abusive, threatening or harassing, or sends spam or repeated messages about the same issue.

Illegal and harmful use

Don't use our website, services or support to break any law, or to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

We don't monitor the sites that use Nahnu Fonts. But if we learn that our services are being used for illegal or seriously harmful activity, such as fraud, malware, phishing, child exploitation or illegal hate content, we'll stop providing services to that user and may report it to the authorities.

You also must not use our services if you're barred from receiving them under US sanctions or export laws.

Reporting security issues

If you find a security issue in Nahnu Fonts or nahnufonts.com, please tell us privately through the support form before telling anyone else. Give us a reasonable amount of time to fix it, usually up to 90 days, before you share details publicly.

When testing, stay on your own sites and accounts. Don't access or change other people's data, disrupt our services or demand payment. If you act in good faith and follow these rules, we won't take legal action against you for your research.

Reporting misuse

If you think someone is misusing Nahnu Fonts, sharing license keys or using our name, let us know through the support form. Please include links and as much detail as you can. We review every report, though we may not always be able to tell you the outcome.

What we may do

If someone breaks this policy, we choose a fair response based on how serious it is. Depending on what happened, we may:

1. Contact you and ask you to fix it
2. Deactivate a license key that's been shared or misused, and issue a new one if needed
3. Pause updates, support or downloads for the license involved
4. Close the account for serious or repeated breaches
5. Report it to the authorities, or take legal action where needed

Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix things. For serious or deliberate breaches, such as fraud, attacks on our systems or reselling keys, we may act straight away, and where the law allows, without a refund. Copies of the plugin you've already installed keep working under the GPL.

If you think we've made a mistake, contact us and we'll take another look.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Nahnu Fonts grows or new risks appear. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
