Nahnu Fonts is a WordPress plugin from Nahnu Plugins, a brand of Nahnu Fitness LLC, based in Washington State, United States ("we", "us", "our").
These disclaimers apply to the Nahnu Fonts plugin, nahnufonts.com, our documentation, the customer dashboard, updates and support. They're part of our Terms of Use, which apply alongside them.
No warranty
We work hard to make Nahnu Fonts reliable, and we stand behind it with our refund and our support. Beyond that, here's what the law asks us to say clearly:
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Nahnu Fonts plugin, nahnufonts.com, our documentation, updates and support are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We don't promise that Nahnu Fonts will meet every need, work with every theme, plugin or host, be free of errors or bugs, or run without interruption, or that every problem can be fixed.
The plugin's own license, the GNU General Public License, also says it comes without warranty. Where a law gives you rights we can't exclude, those rights still apply.
Your sites and backups
You're in control of your sites, and you're responsible for them. Before you install, update or change settings, please:
Back up your site
Keep a full, recent backup of your files and database.
Test on staging
Try updates and big changes on a copy of your site first.
Keep things updated
Run supported versions of WordPress, PHP, your theme and plugins.
Check the result
Look over your site after changes, on desktop and mobile.
To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for lost data, broken layouts, downtime, lost sales or other problems on your sites, including after an update, a migration, a font change or a change made by another plugin, theme or host.
Fonts and font licenses
Nahnu Fonts is a tool for managing and serving fonts. We don't make, own or license the fonts you use with it, and we don't check whether you have the right to use them.
- Licensing is up to you. Anything we say about font licenses, including on our website, in the plugin or in support, is general information, not legal advice. Always read the license that comes with a font.
- Font catalogs come from others. The Google Fonts list comes from Bunny Fonts or Google, and Adobe Fonts from Adobe. We don't control what they offer, their accuracy or their licenses, and they can change or remove fonts at any time.
- Fonts can look different. How a font appears depends on the font file, the browser, the device and your site's CSS. We can't promise it will look the same everywhere.
Privacy and legal compliance
Nahnu Fonts serves fonts from your own server, which helps your site avoid sending visitors' data to Google. That's a helpful step, but it doesn't make your site compliant with the GDPR, the CCPA or any other law on its own.
Your site's compliance depends on everything it does: your other plugins, your theme, your content, your cookie setup, your hosting and your own policies. If you connect Adobe Fonts, your visitors load those fonts from Adobe. Nothing on our site, in the plugin or in support is legal advice. If you need advice about your obligations, please talk to a qualified lawyer.
Speed and results
Self-hosting and preloading fonts can make sites faster, but every site is different. Results depend on your hosting, theme, page builder, caching, other plugins, content and your visitors' devices and connections.
Speed numbers, screenshots, scores and examples on our website show typical or test results. They aren't a promise that your site will get the same results, or any particular score in tools like PageSpeed Insights or Core Web Vitals.
Integrations and other services
Nahnu Fonts works with page builders, themes and services made by other companies. We test these integrations, but those products are outside our control.
- When another product changes, an integration can stop working until we update Nahnu Fonts. We'll try to keep up, but we can't promise how quickly.
- We may add, change or remove integrations as products change or stop being maintained.
- Services like Bunny Fonts, Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, SureCart and Stripe can change, limit or stop what they offer. We're not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions, and their own terms apply to them.
Website and documentation
We try to keep nahnufonts.com and our documentation accurate and up to date, but they're for general information. They may contain mistakes, describe a different version of the plugin, or be out of date. Features, requirements, prices and integrations can change. The details at checkout and in the current version of the plugin are what count.
Code examples, snippets and developer hooks in our documentation are provided as examples. Test them before using them on a live site.
Trademarks
"Nahnu Fonts", "Nahnu Plugins" and their logos belong to Nahnu Fitness LLC.
Other names and logos on this site, including WordPress, Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, Bunny Fonts and the page builders, themes and plugins we integrate with, are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility. Nahnu Fonts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, including the WordPress Foundation, Google or Adobe.
Links to other sites
Our website and documentation link to other sites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse them.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nahnu Fitness LLC and its owners, team members and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from Nahnu Fonts, our website, documentation, updates or support, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to Nahnu Fonts is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Your consumer rights
Some countries and states don't allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited. Where that's the case, these disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing on this page limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
